At DelightFarms.in, we take great care to deliver premium-quality farm products using safe and sustainable packaging. Please read our delivery and return guidelines carefully.
1. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, and the use of sustainable glass packaging, we do not accept returns. Accordingly, refunds are not offered for returned items.
2. Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear photographs of the product along with your invoice to help us assess the issue.
4. Resolution Process
Our Customer Care Team will review your request and respond within 3–4 working days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Based on our evaluation, a replacement or refund may be offered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
